To Georgetown and Back

Fio's life has changed so much in the past three years--and is changing so much now--that she sometimes wonders who and what she is. Having packed away all one's belongings and being between houses does that to you.

Whew--your girl spent most of the day in Georgetown with son L, clearing out the old house. The day was dreary and the work was tedious, but we managed to get a fair amount done. The best part of the trip was Sonia Dog's reaction when she saw Mommy again.

The best part of getting back to Fiorella's temporary abode was her granddaughter's reaction when she saw Grammy again 💛

Has Fio told you that she is learning how to operate the changers to provide herself with episodes of Midsomer Murders  while she's in shelter? OMG--can an old dog be taught new tricks?

May God bless son L for all the assistance he has given her in regard to the new house. Take it from Fiorella--it hasn't been a picnic in the park.
