An Interesting Day

You will not believe this, but Fiorella just had about twenty minutes of SLEET hitting her windowpanes. She didn't know what that tinkling sound was at first, but her Ohio roots searched back down through the years and finally identified the source. WOW!

Congratulate your girl. After consulting the bathroom scales, she quit chocolate cold turkey yesterday. The cravings are working overtime, but with this kind of weather, there's no way she can drive down the road and stock up at Walgreen's.

Fiorella forgot to tell you that she made it down to Mazda the other day, not only to pick up her 2021 licenses, but also to bid one last farewell to her pals in residence, especially Richard and the Boss Man, both of whom have been very kind to her through the years, despite her total ignorance of automobile technology.

Sonia Dog went outside to check on Mommy's food delivery on the front porch, then spotted a visitor in the driveway, a beautiful German Shepherd, who was immediately informed through a barrage of loud barks that THIS IS NOT YOUR DRIVEWAY. (Poor thing. Hope he/she finds its way home.)

In the middle of stuffing glassware with newspaper and bubble wrap for transport, Fio got a call from Son L reminding her that she had to get hold of her tax returns, etc., from two years past. The second she put the phone down, it rang again--the new owner wanted to know if she could come over of Sunday and take picture of the house and lands on Sunday. AND FIORELLA WONDERS WHY SHE CAN'T GET THINGS DONE!
