Strangely enough, your girl likes to pay her bills by mail. She's done it that way all her life--it makes her feel in control, and she knows exactly whom she's paid and when. Also, she doesn't trust technology.
Later today, Fiorella will be off to Target to buy a couple of rolls of Scotch tape and pick up another load of packing boxes. Thank goodness she still has almost a full roll of bubble wrap because the family pretties from both sides require very tender care before Fio stuffs them into the cereal boxes she's been collecting for the last couple of months.
The vet will be coming this afternoon, thank you God. Fiorella is hoping that as well as bringing Doggie up to date on her shots, Dr. Meissner will be able to give your girl a reference to someone who can transport Sonia to her new digs when Fio et al finally find their their new home.
Whoopee! It was such a relief to have Sonia Dog checked out by a real live vet. Doggie and Fio adore Dr. Meissner and her assistant, Pearl, and they look forward to a long and lasting relationship, even though your girl forgot to ask how to find Sonia a lift to their new residence.
End of the day's statistics: Fiorella filled four Shredded Wheat boxes, two Cheerios boxes, and a medium-sized box with glassware. We'll see what tomorrow brings.
