RAIN! Glorious, Wonderful Rain!

Yes, it rained yesterday and looks like it will again today! No more sneaking out on Thursday and turning on the sprinkler because I forgot to do so on Wednesday, your assigned watering day! No more opening the front door first thing in the morning and being greeted by a wave of 100 degree heat. No more wondering if I am actually breathing air as I walk up the driveway to get the mail. No more hurrying to let the dog back in the house because, according to her frantic yips, she is about to have a heatstroke.

The drought is over!  I hope.
