Fio decided it was about time to introduce her granddaughter to the joys of coloring books that she herself had experienced at a child, but her plan went awry. Apparently, the lovely books of her childhood are no longer in style--nor are crayons, those gorgeous coats-of-many-colors that warmed your girl's heart and enhanced her visual palate.
Face it, Fiorella, not that you were any good at mathematics anyway, but you need to get yourself a good calculator. Counting on your fingers doesn't work anymore.
Son L drove your girl over to Daughter's house this evening so she could wallow in the luxury of his sister's Soaker Tub. Because of a knee injury, Fio can't use a regular tub.
Piece by piece, the sewing closet in Fiorella's studio is coming into shape. Today, she put in a shelf for her heavy equipment, and tomorrow, she'll add add in a few more shelves for fabrics. On the floor of the closet, she'll have two large hampers of scraps and what-nots. It's a dream come true!
More info on Fio's studio room--the mini-fridge is ready for action and your girl will be filling it tomorrow!
