Fiorella and Husband drove over to Elgin yesterday afternoon. Elgin, the home of Southside Meat Market. Southside Meat Market, the home of the best beef sausage in all of Texas.
And Fiorella gobbled down a LOT of it.
Yes, when it comes to sausage, Fio's a glutton. Thank goodness Elgin is far enough away that Fio and Husband can only make it over there once a year. Otherwise Fio wouldn't need a car--she'd just roll herself all the way to Southside.
