All Stoked Up!

Louis deJoy, the postmaster who's slowing down our mail, must have gotten into your girl's computer and messed it somehow because, again, she thought she had done everything right to make yesterday's blog come out on the 19th, but instead, it waited till today.  In fifteen-plus years of inviting the world into her own private world, Fiorella never had a problem with Blogger until it "improved" itself at abut the same time FB was introducing its own g-d awful "new and improved" edition, which she had no choice but to accept.

Congratulate your girl--she had a moment of sheer genius and spent most of the afternoon grabbing her overflow of clothes off the bedroom floor and stuffing them into labeled plastic bags which she then tossed into into the in-progresss studio next door--for the time being.  The day is coming closer when Fiorella will hire professionals to make her closet more appropriate for an adult, and she can hardly wait!

Your girl took advantage of Father's Day and hit Son L up for information on all the families in the neighborhood. Of course, he hasn't lived here long enough to get to know everyone, but a thumb-nail sketch was a good start.

Thinking that it might be better if Son would mount that painting (the one Fio did of her teen-age self wearing a turban-like bath towel) over her bed now rather than later, when the workman are here. Whatever--SO EXCITED!

And yes, Fiorella wants to take up the paintbrush again...and the languages...and the music...and the writing--although, if you count Blogger, she never really missed the latter 😁
