YIKES--FIO LOST LOST HER WAY

Fio, as most of you know,  is an artist and started "professionally" when she was about four years old and her local newspaper, which had a children's drawing contest each Sunday usually chose her as one of the winners ...so she entered more and more of the paper's contests and won more and more of them. Then, as she got older, her teachers would chose her to illustrate various blackboards.

Then along came Mrs. Fisher and her after-school oil painting classes.

Later, your girl embraced acrylics because they dried faster than oil, and she's been painting with them ever since. However, Fio is now trying to resurrect a couple of her older works, which means she'll have to buy herself some oil paints and and a nice smock. Sigh....no fun, but it's got to be done.

Wish we had the space to set up Fiorella's sewing machine, etc., but your girl's art room doesn't have any more room to spare. Somehow, this blog isn't reading right today so Fio will jump into GERMAN,  then close the conversation off:

The word for "artist" is Kunstler which is pronounced Kinstler.
