Moving On

Congratulate Fiorella! She finally got her closet cleaned up and out, although she's going to have to find places to stow things like her underwear and jackets. But your girl will prevail, even if she has to hang leftovers from her ceiling light. Actually, her next project will be to go through her chest of drawers and figure out how to economize on space--which usually means disposing of grade-school mementos which are ragged around the edges. But one thing Fio does NOT throw out is any old-time photo. There's always someone in the family who can identify it.

Tomorrow will be a good day--Son L and your girl will be picking up her new glasses from Costco and those re-framed Japanese pictures from Hobby Lobby. Fiorella admits she does not usually shop at the latter because of the owners' politics, but it's the only framer she's ever used.

If you're wondering, her appointment to take care of that problem with whatever it is with her right shoulder won't be till Tuesday.

By the way, The Austin American Statesman is STILL playing tricks on Fio's home delivery. That's what--the fourth time?
