From Politics to Birthday Party

Is it really true that Texas governor, Greg Abbott, is planning to run for president next time around? But wouldn't that interfere with his pledge of allegiance to Trump? Hey, we could have a real shoot-em-up- cowboy down here on the range!

Fiorella, under threat by Son L, has called the "navigation nurse" and left a message asking what sort of doctor would be able to take care of that troublesome pain in the side of your girl's back, the one that pops up when she's trying to lift boxes or reach up to lock tall doors. Will keep you posted.

Speaking of heavy boxes, Fio is doing an amazingly good job on her studio, if she dares say so herself. She only had a vague idea of what she was going to do when she asked Son L to move four bookshelves and an old chest into the room, then dumped paintings, books, papers, and family keepsakes on the floor, but the more that Fiorella stared at the room, the more it arranged itself. Thus, your girl has put paintings galore up and down the walls, photos are being gathered together under one of the book cases, and family albums have found their own niche. It will take a while more to sort out her own large library, but it's on the horizon. Fio will not let any ancestor be forgotten.

Just got home from a long trip to Costco, a long time shopping, and a long trip home again--and Fiorella dislikes the store as much as she always has. It's too big, too loud, and too fat. However, it does give good prices on eyeglasses, which is what Fio went there for.

Tomorrow is your girl's birthday party. Please pray that she will have several more to go.
