MORNING: It's the day before Christmas and suddenly droves of prospective buyers are coming out of the woodwork. Fio never guessed her house would arouse that much interest--six showings yesterday and two showings so far this morning.
THE SURPRISE: Sonia Dog was the star of the show. She loved everyone who came through the door, and they loved her.
AFTERNOON: To her surprise, Fio was at the table for most of the afternoon signing away her home to a young family which she'd particularly noticed during one of the showings because they'd removed their boots before coming into the house. Your girl is just now digesting the reality of the sale. It will mean a lot more work boxing up, but will also provide her more freedom--Doggie will be allowed to sleep in the master bedroom again and Fiorella won't have to hide the computer cords anymore.
ALL IN ALL: After two years of tension, Fio can finally relax. What a wonderful Christmas present. Thank you, God!
