Saturday Evening

Fiorella had a fairly good day, which is great considering the night she'd had, starting with not being able to sleep, then working down to a parade of nightmares. Wonder what caused all that?

When will we ever be settled in? Son L drove a U-haul-full of his family's belonging to our new home today, but there are more to come. Meanwhile, the last of your girl's stuff is still waiting in storage. Well, at least that's a better situation than when a British friend of Fio's claimed her cargo after her transatlantic ship had docked and discovered that her piano was a total wreck.

Don't tell anyone, but Fiorella is planning to fasten a red and black throw on the wall near her bedroom as a background to some of her paintings. Only one hitch--how does she get the throw to stay on the wall?

Fio has enjoyed watching the British shows on television, but now she's used up all the ones she's interested in.

Your girl is embarrassed to confess that she can't remember the names of some of her forebears whose pictures are in her collections. She'll have to pass the photos around to family members again.
